This is how I’m feeling lately – “I wonder if I've been changed in the night? Let me think. Was I the same when I got up this morning? I almost think I can remember feeling a little different. But if I'm not the same, the next question is 'Who in the world am I?' Ah, that's the great puzzle!”

I’m off to find myself!! haha That brings me to the decision to take some time off to really concentrate on studying in the course I’m taking and do something good for ME finally … feeling like a schoolgirl again! Since I paid $$ for this course, I need to devote my attention to learning as much as my old brain can hold. LOL I thought I could handle both, but going back & forth is very distracting. I will leave DigiVickie blog up & running, so please take advantage of the time to explore my archives for things you may have missed.

I always enjoy my dd’s visits!! She was here Friday thru Monday morning. Her return flight had a stopover in NJ … we were worried about the snowstorm affecting the schedule but she called from the airport and said everything was on time :D Now she’s gone & we’re expecting a little bit of snow today. I saved some snow cream in the freezer for dd from our last snowfall, but it’s just not the same as fresh! It gets a little icy when frozen but scraping it with a fork fluffs it up a little. Anyway, it’s the thought that counts . I made it . I saved it . it is good.
Here are some pictures of my dd dressing up my bare wall … birds & flowers, so cute … *note – the birds are vinyl wall decals from Etsy - I bought them first, and the ideas grew (literally, lol) from there …

Our cat (Bandit) is especially fond of dd … she loves all the attention and chin scratches from dd. We took pictures … the center picture is a blur – the camera cord was dangling and Bandit went for it! LOL

My dd is arriving from Oregon this morning, it’s a GOOD Friday!! Her birthday is March 10, so we will celebrate the occasion early while she’s here :D Lately, she has loved creating painted wall murals and asked me to think about something I would like to have painted on a wall in MY house! Woohoo, that’s awesome! I thought of something and will take pictures if and when it’s done. It’s her birthday, and I GET A GIFT!! LOL Well, I did a lot of the work after all so it’s fair – I’ll take it with joy! In all fairness though, my kids are ALWAYS kind and generous to me, not just on special occasions … I must’ve done something right.
