Even though I use both PSP X2 and PhotoShop CS3 extended, I am most familiar (& comfortable) with Paint Shop Pro. I started with version 7 over ten years ago and kept upgrading because I could do everything I needed to do with it ... besides, the price is only $50 or less versus $350+ for PS! Learning my fairly new CS3 is hard because I keep getting called back to PSP for tutorials, etc. - and it's fine with me Ü The listed sites below have been my favorites over the years, ones that I refer to often ... check them out and see if any are NEW to you.
